The coconuts has a large range of uses: Dried coconut flesh is called copra, and the oil and milk derived from it are commonly used in cooking - frying in particular - as well as in soaps and cosmetics. The hard shells, fibrous husks and long pinnate leaves can be used as material to make a variety of products for furnishing and decoration.

Coir, peat and shell

The coir or coconut fiber is the material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut. It is used to produce floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses.

The peat it is naturally anti-fungal, making it an excellent choice to start seed but it is also used in rugs, ropes, brushes, and as stuffing. Coco peat gardening is also used as a soil amendment, potting mix, and in hydroponic production. Our product is sold in a 5 KG block.

The shell can be used for a large range of projects. From design and decoration or even as a pet shelter!

Activated coconut coal
Many different traditional medicine practitioners use activated charcoal powder made from coconut shells to treat soft tissue conditions, such as skin infections. Activated charcoal may have an antibacterial effect by absorbing harmful microbes from wounds. This product is used to to remove coffee stains, wine stains, and plaque.
Dry grated coconut
Dried coconut is delicious eaten by itself as a snack, added to hot or cold cereal, and as an addition to baked goods. It can also be used in smoothies, sprinkled on salads, or stirred into sautéed vegetables. It is also a common ingredient in Thai and Indian dishes.

Coconut water is the clear liquid inside coconuts not to be confused with coconut milk, which is an emulsion of coconut water and fresh grated coconut. So coconut water is a type of juice. Unlike other juices, unflavored coconut water is low in sugar and calories. Ounce for ounce, typical fruit juices have twice as many calories as unflavored coconut water. Coconut water is popularly used for rehydration after physical activity or an illness such as diarrhea. It's true that coconut water has natural electrolytes - such as potassium, sodium and manganese.
